Terms of service
Last updated 13 July 2026These terms govern your use of Clark, operated by Techwiz LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 500 4th St NW Ste 102, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States ("Techwiz", "we"). Clark is built and run by the Weblyfe team. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
This version applies to subscriptions started on or after 13 July 2026. If you subscribed earlier, the terms in force at your signup date continue to apply until we notify you of a change as described under Changes below.
The service
Clark is a managed AI operator: software plus hosting plus onboarding that performs back-office work on the tools you connect. Clark runs on an isolated machine we host. Its actions are logged and reviewable, reversible where the connected tool allows it, and it asks approval for high-stakes actions. You remain responsible for how Clark is used on your accounts and for the instructions you give it.
Subscription and billing
The subscription fee is the price presented at checkout (beta seats €250 per month, locked while you stay subscribed; the full launch price is €488 per month), billed monthly via Stripe and cancellable monthly. Prices are exclusive of any taxes we are required to collect. The subscription includes the hosted Clark, personal onboarding, Mission Control, WAI, and the tools we ship during your subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time, by email to seyed@weblyfe.nl or through the channels we set up with you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not billed again. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial billing periods, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund that cannot be waived.
Fair use
Use Clark for lawful business operations only. No spam, no deceptive messaging, no processing of data you have no right to process, no attempts to break the isolation of other customers' machines. You warrant that you may lawfully connect the accounts and data you connect (including obtaining consent where messaging laws require it). We can suspend service to stop abuse; we tell you when we do.
Your data
Your data stays yours. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. When your subscription ends, you can export your data and we decommission your machine.
Availability and support
Clark runs 24/7 and we operate it with monitoring and on-call attention, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced. Support runs through your onboarding contact and the channels we set up with you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes, governing law, venue
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
